Dear collaborators,

As you have already been told in previous communications, we are making a great effort to move forward in the face of this very uncertain situation that we are having to live, and with such bad forecasts, to be able to continue with the hotel open, but from the week that comes, you notice a considerable decrease in the volume of customers. For this reason, we are obliged to make a series of changes in the hotel services and in our daily operations, to adapt to this new situation.

Therefore, starting next Monday, October 26, 2020, the following changes will occur:

Faced with such a large drop in the number of customers, it is not feasible for us to have an operational buffet service. For this reason we are only going to offer Buffet service for Breakfasts. Therefore, the lunch and dinner services become a menu type, served at the table. Daily, will be offered:

A starter to choose from 4 options
First course: to choose between 3 dishes
Second course: to choose between 3 courses
2 dessert options or fruit, yogurt or ice cream

The schedules of the different services are as follows:

Breakfasts: from 08:00 to 10:00
Meals: from 13:45 to 15:15
Dinners: from 20:15 to 22:00

The cafeteria service on the ground floor, reduces its hours, becoming now, Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00. From that time, a cafeteria service will be offered on the 20th floor, 20th floor (Lounge Bar), it will open from Monday to Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., providing a cafeteria service, and a cocktail bar (as usual) AND Finally, the night entertainment is suspended until further notice. Therefore, there will no longer be live music or any kind of show. All these proposals are until further notice. We are going to test it during the following days / weeks, and based on how everything evolves, it will remain, or will return to its normal operation. We regret all the inconvenience that these new measures may cause to customers, but we are taking all these measures with the sole objective of being able to remain open as long as possible. · Priority room allocation.
· Do not queue at the hotel reception for check-in.
· Access with your vehicle to the parking without going through the reception (prior registration of the number plate in the online check-in application), service with charge (price between € 15 and € 18)
· You can open the room door with your mobile phone (only available for room allocation on the 19th floor)

In order to take advantage of these benefits, it is mandatory to have previously paid the room and to have registered all the occupants of the room, over 16 years through the online check-in application.
The allocation of the rooms will be a priority, but it will always be subject to availability.
