To do this, we have adopted and implemented a series of necessary measures to protect both your health and that of our employees and thus achieve a hotel with Safe Spaces.

This has not reduced our enthusiasm for our reopening. On the contrary, we want you to enjoy our facilities and services again on your well-deserved holiday after these complicated weeks that we have gone through, making your stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Our team has taken the necessary training courses to know how to act in each situation, since we consider that the professional team that takes care of you is the one who can best guide you, in order to provide you with the stay you deserve.

Below we will talk about the security measures that we are going to implement to adapt to this new stage of “New Normal” post-Covid19. If you have any questions, you can contact our staff and they will be happy to answer all your questions.


Our technological adaptation has been designed mainly to make your stay as safe and pleasant as possible, without sacrificing the important value of the personalized service that characterizes us. To do this, we have improved our services by digitizing some of them.

- We provide you with the online check-in service prior to your arrival, via our website, so that you can check-in quickly, comfortably and safely from home through your mobile device or Tablet, and avoid queues and unnecessary waiting at the reception. However, you can still do it in person as usual in our Reception.

- We have adapted some of our rooms with automatic door opening through a mobile APP, via Bluetooth.

- Access our a la carte restaurant, cafeteria, services and facilities by QR codes.

- We offer you services such as room service or breakfast service in your room


You and your safety are the most important. We have implemented different procedures, adapted to each area of our hotel, always thinking of maintaining and readapting our demanding quality protocols that distinguish us, always thinking of your well-being. Below, we will explain the adaptations that we are going to carry out:

- We have installed protective screens both in the reception, as well as in the cafeteria and restaurant, and all our staff will put all the protection measures recommended by the WHO into practice, using masks, gloves, hydro-alcoholic gels and maintaining safety distances at all times.

- In order to properly maintain the safety distances in our common areas, such as at the reception or in the restaurant, the corresponding signage has been carried out on the floors.

- Our cleaning staff has received the appropriate training in protection and hygiene, and will make use of the specific material and products to guarantee the disinfection of both the rooms and our common areas, following the instructions of the competent health authorities.

- A security seal will be placed at the access to the rooms, to guarantee that it is a SAFE SPACE. This is done to ensure that no one has entered the room after having carried out the last disinfection and cleaning process.

- The common areas will be opened as soon as the health authorities allow it.

- In our gym and swimming pool area, we will follow the instructions set by the government, preserving security spaces, limiting capacity and intensifying the frequency and intensity of cleaning and maintenance actions.

- Our buffet service has also been adapted to new circumstances and needs, without losing the quality of service that sets us apart. Therefore, we will offer an assisted buffet service, which implies that our staff will serve the food to the guests. In this way, guests are prevented from touching kitchen instruments, such as tongs, ladles, etc. that could cause infections.


Despite the situation and the protocols and changes we have adopted, we want to remind you that our professional team, now more than ever, is at your entire disposal at all times. In order to take advantage of these benefits, it is mandatory to have previously paid the room and to have registered all the occupants of the room, over 16 years through the online check-in application.
The allocation of the rooms will be a priority, but it will always be subject to availability.
